I see these elements in the love styles of a lot of people my age, and it's something difficult to explain to outsiders. To other people, it sometimes doesn't even look like love. But it feels like love from the inside. My cohort seems to value the caring exhibited by anger over the selfishness exhibited by jealousy, and we've drawn our own love triangles outside of the old norms, that reflect our changing values. I see a lot of this sspringing from social media, which has changed the dynamics of disagreement, jealousy, and anger in our daily lives.
